Organic Homemade Chilli Sauce

Our Yellow Chilli Sauce is our fire starter and has a sweet, fruity and tropical undertone .  Our flagship Chilli Sauce is made from the Habanero Chilli.  The Habanero chilli s very hot, rated 100,000–350,000  Scoville Heat Units (SHU) on the Scoville scale. The habanero's heat, flavor and floral aroma make it a popular ingredient for our hottest sauce.

Your Red Chilli Sauce has a smokey slightly neutral undertone.  One of our newest sauces, it is made from the Cayenne Chilli. Cayenne chilli is considered a somewhat hot chilli, ranging from 30,000 – 50,000 Scoville Heat Units (SHU) on the Scoville Scale.

Our Green Chilli Sauce has a bright and sweet undertone and is also one of our newest sauces.  It is made from the Jalapeno Chilli, Jalapeno chilli usually fall in the range of 2,000 to 8,000 Scoville Heat Units (SHU) on the Scoville Scale, which sounds like a lot, but it really isn't! This sauce is very mild in comparison.
